Day 1: Arrival at King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh

Day 2: Echoes of the Ancient City – Diriyah & Al-Bujairi Heritage Park

We will head to Diriyah Historic City, immersing ourselves in the rich atmosphere of ancient civilizations. Afterward, we will visit Al-Bujairi Heritage Park. In the evening, we’ll ascend Riyadh’s iconic Kingdom Centre Tower, enjoying panoramic views of the city known as the “Garden in the Desert” and its dazzling nightscape.

Attraction: Diriyah Historic City

Diriyah was once the early political center of the Saudi dynasty and has now developed into a grand mudbrick "city" that showcases the unique architectural style of ancient Saudi Arabia. As a significant birthplace of the Saudi kingdom, Diriyah's historical sites exude a rich cultural atmosphere and deep historical legacy. The city preserves numerous mudbrick structures, which, with their rustic yet magnificent style, bear witness to the glorious era of ancient Saudi Arabia.

Start your day with a visit to Murabba Palace, followed by an exploration of the National Museum. In the afternoon, visit the historic Masmak Fortress.

Masmak Fortress is a massive clay and mud-brick fortress that witnessed the birth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Built in 1865, it was initially used for military defence and later became an ammunition storehouse and prison. In 1902, King Abdulaziz captured this fortress, marking the first step toward unifying the kingdom. The fortress is now a museum exhibiting maps, photos, and historical artifacts from 1912 to 1937, along with a documentary on King Abdulaziz’s conquest of the fortress, offering visitors an understanding of Saudi history.

In the morning, take an SUV to the Edge of the World to experience this spectacular natural wonder. Then, return to the city to visit the vibrant Souq Al Zal, where you can feel the unique charm of a local market.

Located on the ridge of the Tuwaiq Mountain northwest of Riyadh, the Edge of the World offers a unique landscape in the Shuaib Al Hesiyyah nature reserve. Day 5: Jeddah Cultural Tour – Tayebat Museum and Al Rahmah Mosque

After arriving in Jeddah by plane and taking some time to rest, we will drive to the Tayebat Museum, one of the city’s most popular attractions. Here, you'll gain a deep understanding of Jeddah's 2500-year history. In the evening, we will visit Al Rahmah Mosque, also known as the Floating Mosque. This mosque combines traditional architectural styles with Islamic artistic elements, beautifully situated along a 30-kilometer stretch of coastline, like a gem adorning the shores.

Attraction: Tayebat City Museum

The Tayebat City Museum stands as one of Jeddah's most iconic cultural landmarks, renowned for its rich historical exhibits and exquisite architectural design. The museum showcases Jeddah's 2,500-year history, ranging from ancient Arabian culture to modern Saudi development. Its exhibits include archaeology, crafts, costumes, calligraphy, and religious artifacts. The building itself is a work of art, reflecting traditional Arabian architectural styles, surrounded by beautiful courtyards and intricate carvings.

Although the Red Sea gets its name from the occasional large-scale red algae blooms, its waters are not typically red.
