Also known as the Old Palace, Murabba Palace was once the residence of King Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia. Elephant Rock is one of the most iconic rock formations in the world and a highlight of the AlUla region in Saudi Arabia's Medina Province. The massive rock resembles an elephant with its trunk touching the ground, and it is known as Jabal AlFil in Arabic. The Dadan Site was once the capital of the Dadanite and Lihyanite kingdoms. This ancient city is spread across rocky peaks and an oasis that spans the valley, with its history dating back to the late 9th to early 8th century BCE (Dadanite Kingdom) and the 5th to 2nd century BCE (Lihyanite Kingdom). Thanks to the prosperity from frankincense trade, Dadan became one of the most developed cities in northern Arabia during the first millennium BCE. On the eastern red rock cliffs of the Dadan Site stand several exquisitely crafted ancient tombs. From a distance, these tombs appear as a black matrix, but up close, their fine craftsmanship becomes evident. The most famous is the Lion Tomb, symbolizing power and protection, possibly the resting place of prominent nobles or royal members. How these tombs, which rise 50 meters above the ground, were sculpted without modern construction equipment remains a mystery, similar to the enigma of the Egyptian pyramids.

It is one of the most iconic attractions in Al-Ula.
