Today we will depart from Laayoune in the Western Sahara, bidding farewell to this unique desert land as we head to the next city. Along the way, you will experience the magnificent scenery of southern Morocco, from vast deserts to sprawling mountains. This journey is not just a return but the beginning of another adventure. As we move toward new destinations, we look forward to discovering more surprises and encounters in this diverse land.
Day 7: Agadir - Essaouira
Today’s journey will begin in Agadir, heading towards the beautiful coastal city of Essaouira. Along the way, you will witness the amazing sight of tree-climbing goats, as these clever goats climb the argan trees in search of fruit, creating a unique spectacle in Morocco. Upon arriving in Essaouira, you will stroll through the Essaouira Medina, feeling the charm of its blue and white architecture and the rustic atmosphere of its streets. Afterwards, we will visit the famous filming location from Game of Thrones—the Astapor Kasbah, a historic castle that left a deep impression on fans of the series.
